摘    要:本文以重庆三峡职业学院为例,在“三全育人”理念的背景下,在走访各二级学院专业教研室,召开骨干教师、学生干部座谈会的基础上,编制和发放问卷,全面了解了全校师生在“三全育人”背景下对实践育人的认识和现状,对构建学校实践育人新机制进行了大胆探索,并对努力培育德才兼备全面发展的技术技能型人才进行了思考。

Reflections on the Innovation of the Practical Education System under the Background of the Three-aspect Comprehensive Education:Taking Chongqing Three Gorges Vocational College as an Example

Abstract:This paper takes Chongqing Three Gorges Vocational College as an example.Under the background of the concept of three-aspect comprehensive education,on the basis of visiting professional teaching and research offices of secondary colleges and holding seminars for key teachers and student cadres,a questionnaire was compiled and distributed to fully learn the current situation of teachers'and students'knowledge of practical education under the background of three-aspect comprehensive education.Bold explorations have been made to build a new mechanism of practical education,in order to cultivate technical talents with both morals and talents and comprehensive development.
