试论开放教育面授教学中存在的问题与对策

由于教育观念、管理理念转变不到位、教学手段落后等因素影响，致使面授教学存在着部分课程面授课时过多、教学仍然以教师为中心、教学形式和媒体过于单一、教学进度安排较随意等问题，解决这些问题必须采取更新教育观念、提升教师素质、加强教学管理等手段，切实提高面授教学的效果。

Problems Existed in the Face Tuition of Open Education and Countermeasures

Affected by the factors of the education concepts and management ideas are inadequate, and the teaching methods are out of date, there exist some problems in the face tuition, for example： some courses have too many hours of face tuition, the teaching is still the teacher -centered, the form of teaching and the media are too single, and the arrangement of teaching schedule is random, and so on. To resolve these problems, we must renew the educational view, promote the teachers＇qualities, strengthen the management means, and improve the effect of face tuition.
