| 摘 要： | 以问卷、面访和政府访问调查等社会学研究方法对苏、沪、赣、桂、陕 5省 16个小城镇进行了经济、社会和体育关系的研究。主要探讨市场经济条件下小城镇体育与经济和社会发展的平衡、提高小城镇生活质量和健全小城镇居民医疗保险体系政策等 ,旨在为小城镇政府制订公共政策提供依据。

| Abstract: | The relationship among economy, societal and sporting in small towns have been studied by means of typical social research methods which are questionnaires, home and government visits in the project. The potential public policies for the government of small towns have been suggested such as the balance policy of economic, social and sporting developments, promoting the residents living standard and eventually perfecting the health insurance of the residents under the market economy. |
