| Abstract: | China has entered WTO,it speeds up internationalization in social,political economic and cultural fields.The local media must change the news reporting concept in the light of the situation changed at home and abroad in order to conform WTO regulations & rules and broaden the international view and consolidate the TV viewers its receptions. |
