| 摘 要： | 我国旅游本科人才培养的主要问题是人才供需错位,造成这一问题的主要原因是现行的人才培养模式在专业培养目标、课程设置、教材建设、师资队伍及人才培养方式等方面存在不足.鉴于此,笔者提出了＂以教学为基础,以技能培养为推动环节,以创新型人才培养为目标＂,按照产、学、研一体化的思路,构建了课堂、学校、行业、社会＂四位一体＂的开放式、拓展型旅游人才培养新模式.
