| 摘 要： | 目的 :建立测定盐酸青藤碱含量的方法 .方法 :采用旋光法 .结果 :浓度在 10～ 50mg·L- 1范围内α～C线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为 99.96% ,RSD为 0 .19% ,与非水滴定法测定结果相符合 .结论 :本法简易 ,快速 ,准确 ,适用于盐酸青藤碱原料药分析

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the content of sinomenine hydrochlor id e. Methods The polarimetry was used. Results T he linear relationship between the concentration and the optical rotation was in the range 10～50 mg. L -1 ,The recovery was 99.96% with RSD of 0.19%,the result was same as that of nonaqueous titration. Conclusions Th e method is simple, fast and accurate, and it is suitable for analysis in the ra w material. |
