| Abstract: | Comparing a great literature work in China,the Red Mansion,and its English version by Mr.Yang Xian-yi and Mr.Gladys Yang,the author of this article sums up that the process of translation from Chinese into English is one from paratactic to hypotactic and points out the basic principles a translator should follow and some concrete methods a translator can make use of. |
