| 摘 要： | 该文从阐述知识管理与E-learning概念的界定入手,以对整合一词的本源分析为出发点,就知识管理与E-learning整合发展的基础/可能性以及必要性等有关两大理论能否进行整合发展的关键性问题作了论述,并就两者应如何进行整合发展这一前瞻性问题提出了一些理论上的构想。

| Abstract: | This paper firstly expounds the definition of KM and E-learning and the analysis of the original meaning of the word integration. Then this paper puts emphasis on the discussion of the possibility and necessity of the integration of KM and E-learning. At last this paper advances the plan to integrate KM and E-learning. |
