| 摘 要： | 建构和保障社会主义意识形态话语权在当代中国具有重要的理论和实践意义。上个世纪90年代以来,以苏东剧变为标志的国际共产主义运动进入历史低潮时期,更由于全球化和文化帝国主义的入侵,"非意识形态化"和"意识形态多元化"思潮的冲击,以信息技术为基础的现代传播媒介的发展使我国文化形态在互联网上处于整体性"失语"状态,社会主义意识形态话语权逐渐被弱化的现实引起人们关注和警惕。保障和强化社会主义意识形态话语权是一个系统工程,必须从经济结构、政治结构与意识形态结构相互作用中以及意识形态内部结构要素之间的关系上寻找发展的总体政策战略。
