| 摘 要： | 随机数发生器在安全领域内有着广泛的应用．文章简要介绍了伪随机数和真随机数在信息安全领域的作用以及应用，给出了随机数发生器设计的方法和设计图，就设计的主要因素随机源的概念和意义进行了详细的解释．文章还提供了一套随机数定量检测的方法．

| Abstract: | The random number generator has abroad application at information security field. The paper introduces the truly random number and the pseudo random number which have greatness meaning at information security field briefly. The paper puts forward how to design the sample random number generate and plan, and particularly explains which mostly design random source meaning and notion. It also provides a random number ration detect method. |
