| 摘 要： | 从2009年年初开始,正当我国的对外贸易从金融危机以来的最低点慢慢走出来的时候,中国所遭遇的贸易摩擦没有随着中国对外贸易的复苏而逐渐消失,相反,针对中国产品的贸易摩擦大有愈演愈烈的趋势,而且还逐渐升级。中国遭受贸易摩擦的领域由劳动密集型等产业向信息服务等高科技产业扩展、由发达国家向发展中国家扩展、由产品领域向产业、政策等方面扩展。对此,需要采取有效措施加以预防。

| Abstract: | At the beginning of 2009,trade friction suffered by China didn't disappear with the recovery of financial crisis.Instead,it has become more and more severe.The industry suffered by trade friction expands from labor-intensive industry to high-tech industry,from developed countries to developing countries,and from product level to industry and policy level.Therefore,we need to take effective actions to solve the problem. |
