| 摘 要： | 当前青海经济发展既面临发展水平落后的问题,又存在因生产力低下资源利用不合理和环境污染等问题.青海未来要达到全面建设小康社会的水平,必须保持经济持续快速增长.因此,本文围绕青海区域发展中存在的诸多矛盾,提出走循环经济发展之路是推进青海可持续发展的科学选择,并针对具体实践过程做了建设性的思考.
