突出“两强一好”实现人才培养新跨越

培养德、智、体、美等全面发展的社会主义事业建设和接班人是高校的根本任务之一。本系统地阐述了黑龙江科技学院几年来通过实施素质教育,构建适应21世纪的人才培养模式;加强实践教学环节,培养学生的创新精神和实践能力;深化备育与管理,提高学生的思想政治素质这三个途径,逐步形成了计算机应用能力强、工程实践能力强、德育与管理相结合的人才培养特色,对于高校的盲人工作具有较强的借鉴性和实际意义。

Emphasing on Double "High" and One "Nice" to Realize an New Spanning of Personnel- Training

It is one of the tasks of universities to train all round developing builder and successor at the aspect of moral, intelligence body-building and aesthetics for socialist. This paper demonstrated three pathway as follows: personnel-training model that met the requirement of 21st century through several years of quality-oriented education by Heilongjiang Institute of Science and Technology; strengthening the aspect of practical teaching to improve the creat-spirit and practical deepening the moral and management to improve the political thought of all the students. From the three way above mentioned, the charactistics of double "high"and one "nice"were formed, that is, high ability of computer-using, high ability of practical engineering, and "nice-efficiency" of the combination of moral and management. All of these successful experience will supply certain references to the educational work of universities.
