中小企业管理层收购（MBO）应用研究

企业的产权制度受经济条件所制约,对企业的发展有重要影响,中小企业也不例外。在西方,MBO已经证明能够大大提高中小企业的竞争力,在我国,MBO也显示出极大的适用性和发展前景。文章通过中小企业应用MBO进行产权重构的优劣性分析,明确MBO的应用价值,并针对当前MBO实施过程中的重点和难点问题,提出解决问题的思路和方案,以利于推进MBO在中小企业的进一步应用和发展。

Study on MBO''''s Application in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

Property rights institutions are constrained by economic factors and have a great impact on the development of enterprises, including small and medium-sized enterprises. In western countries, it has proved that MBO can improve competitiveness significantly in small and medium-sized enterprises, and also in China, MBO has its great significance and development prospects. By comparing its advantages with its disadvantages, this paper come to the conclusion that MBO is one of the best choices in small and medium-sized enterprises when they plan to reconstruct their property rights institutions. This paper lays its emphasis on the solutions to the difficulties and problems occurring in the MBO's application in small and medium-sized enterprises and aims at propelling MBO's application and development to a new stage in small and medium-sized enterprises.
