科技视域下的体育强国

2008年北京奥运会51枚金牌吹响了我国由体育大国向体育强国迈进的号角,“何谓体育强国？奥运结束后我国体育改革将走向何方？”成为学术界讨论的焦点之一。体育是一个国家综合国力的重要体现,科技水平是体育可持续发展的重要环节一从“科技兴体”的提出到科技意识的提高、科技成果转化、科学健身,科技渗透入体育发展的各个领域。文章从“科技兴体”的视角入手,分析了科技在由体育大国向体育强国发展历程中的重要作用,提出了高水平的体育科技是体育强国的重要标志、体育强国需要高质量的体育科技服务、体育强国需要先进的科技理念指导、以及体育科技由粗放型向集约化、效益化发展、提高科技服务质量、促进产学研一体化发展等对策．

Viewing a Sports Power from the Angle of Science & Technology

The questions of what is a sports power and where the Chinese sports reform will go after the Beijing Olympic Games have become the focal points of discussion among the scholars. Sports represent the comprehensive power of a nation. Scientific and technological level is a pivotal link for sustainable development of sports. Science and technology have permeated every field of sports considering the improvement of scientific awareness, transformation of scientific fruits and scientific fitness. From the viewpoint of "Science and Technology Promote Sports", the article analyzes the important roles of science and technology in turning a big sports nation into a sports power. It holds that high-level sports science and technology is a symbol of sports power. A sports power needs high quality sports scientific and technological service and advanced science and technology concept. It also puts forward some measures such as intensive and efficient development of sports science and technology, improving the quality of scientific and technological service, improving the combined development of production, study and research.
