摘    要:团队角色理论的应用是团队建设中的重要问题,在管理实践中具有重大的现实意义。成功的团队通过担任不同团队角色的人的优势互补,才能组成强有力的团队。团队角色的行为特征,不但影响到个人在团队中的绩效,而且还影响到团队整体的绩效。作为团队成员要加深对团队角色的自我认识,提高对角色功能和角色行为的理解,自觉学习新的角色技能,增加自己的角色灵活性,从而增进整个团队的弹性,以不断提高团队整体绩效。

Abstract:the application of team role theory has the practical importance in management activities, and is also the major problem in team building. A successful team forms through different team roles' complementation. Team characters' behaviors not only affect the individual performance in team, but also the whole team's achievements. As the member of a team, one should deepen the self-realization of the team role and the understanding on character's function and behavior, learn the new skill to be a good character and enhance one's own character's flexibility so as to improve whole team's mobility and increase the whole achievements continuously.
