| 摘 要： | 教师群体的知识共享有助于教师和学校的发展。但是技术障碍、信任障碍和管理障碍导致教师群体不能有效实现知识共享,为此,要培育知识共享的理念和文化,搭建知识共享的技术平台,完善知识共享的组织设计,以及建立知识共享的激励机制。

| Abstract: | Knowledge sharing on teacher group helps the development of teacher and school organization.But the sharing barriers of technology,trust and management lead to the inefficiency of fulfilling knowledge sharing.Therefore,knowledge sharing on teacher group need to foster sharing culture,construct the technology platform,perfect organization frame and build motivating mechanism in knowledge sharing. |
