| 摘 要： | 高职教育发展从深层次来讲是高职教育文化的发展。目前，高职教育文化没有形成是制约我国高职质量不高与特色不鲜明一个重要因素。将对高职教育文化的本质诉求、高职教育文化内涵的具体文化形态以及高职教育文化依据什么路向建构做逐一探讨。

At present, one of the important factors to hinder the quality and features of higher vocational education is that the culture has not been formed.
