大学英语教师专业发展研究现状、问题及趋向

摘    要:近十年来,大学英语教师专业发展研究主要集中在:需求或现状调查,发展途径探究,发展模式建构以及外部影响因素分析四个方面。研究存在着对研究对象的理解不一致,引介、评述性论文多,实证研究少,关注外部因素,忽略教师内心等不足之处。西方理论与研究模式如何本土化仍需探索。聚焦课堂教学关键问题,促进大学英语教师专业发展的实证研究仍需加强。探究影响英语教师专业发展的外部因素的同时,还需关注教师的内心世界。

Abstract:In recent ten years,College English teacher professional development research has mainly existed in status quo or necessity surveying,development approaches exploring,development model constructing and external influence factors analyzing.Limitations of present research are as follows: inconsistent understanding of the research object,more introductive review papers,less empirical research,focusing on external factors while ignoring English teachers’ inner feelings.Hence,possible future research directions are suggested.
