我国外语教师发展系统研究——方法论视角

摘    要:我国外语教师发展研究仅限于国外理论的介绍、分析以及对国内现状和需求的调查分析,在方法论上存在很大缺陷。我国应使用成熟的系统理论方法,把握外语教师发展的系统特性,吸纳欧美国家教师发展研究的特长,厘清外语教师发展的脉络、结构和层次。通过系统研究,将外语教师发展推向一个新的阶段和高度,为外语教育改革的成功和教学质量的保证提供高素质的人力资源保障。

Abstract:The research on the foreign language teacher development of China is restricted to the introduction of the overseas theory and its analysis of the domestic demand.Considering the demostic researching,this article proposes using the mature system of theoretical method,grasping the system features of teacher development,taking in the research skills in Europe and America,and defining clearly the structure,level and vein of the foreign language teacher development.Such system research can push the foreign language teacher development to a new stage.
