“舞蹈与形体”教学的调查研究

摘    要:舞蹈是一种肢体和大脑紧密结合的运动。舞蹈离不开形体训练等基本功教学,但传统的教学方式又无法实现有效的人才的挑选和培养,使教学处于一种被动局面。由此可见舞蹈基本功在教学方法上的创新已成为舞蹈老师们迫在眉睫的课题,理性地把握形体训练与舞蹈艺术表演的辩证关系,是提高舞蹈教学质量和激发学生学习舞蹈兴趣的关键。

Abstract:Dance requires the physical and mental cooperation.Although the course of dance needs to instruct the essential skills such as figure training,the traditional teaching orientated to pure skills makes teaching involved in passive learning,which cannot find and cultivate the talented students effectively.Hence the innovation in the teaching of dancing skills has become imminent for dance teachers to think rationally the dialectical relationship between figure training,and artistic performance.This is the crucial solution to improve the quality of dance teaching and stir students’ interest in this course.
