| Abstract: | With the development of economy and society,the existing Administrative Procedure Law seems to be unable to meet the rapid development of the society.Thus,the amendment of Administrative Procedure Law should introduce in mediation mechanism of administration,enlarge case scope and add simple procedure as well as administrative court. |
