| Abstract: | the article discussed what were kind of education concepts teachers working in ethnic groups area should have under a sort of new curriculum background,meanwhile,it supports that teachers should establish education aims to encourage positive development of students,set up free and scientific curriculum ideas,create harmonious relationships between teachers and students with helps of democratic communication while to pay more attention to individual and multidimensional student assessment. |
