摘    要:教师队伍是学校发展的生命线。师资培训是提升教师专业水平的重要途径。遵循"以人为本"、"从心开始"原则,在实践基础上形成的"三三五"校本教研模式,主要包括三个引领、三个互动和五个共同体等内容,对有效提高教师的专业素养具有积极的作用。

Abstract:Teaching staff is vital to the school development and teachers' training is an important way to promote their professional advancement.According to the rules of human-oriented and starting from heart,a "Three Three Five" school-based research mode mainly includes Three Leadings,Three Interactions and Five Communities has been formed on the basis of practice,which produces positive impact on teachers' professional development.
