| Abstract: | The problem of researching on theories of dynamic adjustment of capital structure,especially those influential factors on the speed of dynamic capital structure adjustment,is often viewed as a complicated and hot issue in the field of corporate finance.This paper introduces and discusses elaborately the major research achievements and the recent developments about the factors of the dynamic modem capital structure adjusting speed.Then,it gives the future direction of the development about this research. |
