| Abstract: | Through Deng Xiaoping and Jian Zemin's systematic expostion,the culture programme of socialism with Chinese characteristics has taken shape. It is the combination of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics and cultural construction in the course of socialist modernizations. Its formulation is considered a new start in cultural construction. It is beyond dispute that every country in different times has had culturel programme for the cultural development. |
