| 摘 要： | 作为企业应对生存环境挑战的新选择，知识管理成为当代管理理论和管理实践的关注焦点。本认为知识管理决不是一个理想的无摩擦过程，企业至少面临个体、组织与组织网络三个层面的难题。章在分析这三个层面行为难题的基础上给出了解决问题的对策选择。
