| 摘 要： | 近年在职干部的健康状况引起关注,随着全民健身计划的深入开展,休闲体育进入了他们的生活。休闲体育行为在时间、空间、内容、形式方面都具有自身的特点,通过运动休闲,可增强体质,减缓工作压力,提高干部生活质量,完善生命过程。

| Abstract: | Government cadre plays an important role in our society,so their state of health should be concerned.With the development of programs for all nation people exercise,government leaders have attached more attention to health care.Especially,after the SARS,government leaders' joins in body-building exercises frequently.Recreational sports activities have their own characteristics in time,place,content and form.Leisure sport plays an importance role in daily life,such as strengthening physical-fitness,reduce pressure and improve the life quality. |
