全球治理问题研究的回顾与前瞻

全球治理概念以及内涵的分析和探讨已成为国际关系理论中研究的重要内容,十年来中国学术界逐渐认识和理解了全球治理的概念与分析的逻辑过程.文章首先简要概述中国研究人员对全球治理的探讨与研究,其次剖析目前全球治理研究中存在的问题,而后以此为基础提出需要进一步研究的未来议程.笔者认为,全球治理需要从本体论上进行理论与实践方面的研究,进而把理论与实践二者辨证地结合起来,不断推进全球治理理论的研究.

Retrospection and Prospect on Studies of Global Governance

The study of the concept of global governance has become a key point in IR theory.The author points out that in the past ten years the Chinese academic circle has become acquainted with the concept and the logic analysis. The paper starts with a brief introduction to researches on this issue followed by a discussion of existing problems and its future tendencies.The author holds that the issue of global governance has to be approached by means of theoretical research and actual practice of ontology.
