| Abstract: | The way to solve the problem of water resource shortage is to raise the efficiency of using water resource, to perfect and strengthen the management of water resource, to improve the scientific and technological level economized on water and reused on wastewater. Only becoming the common understanding for water saving in the whole society, the utilization of water resource could be sustainable. |
