| 摘 要： | 与英美日等国外图书馆行业相比,我国图书馆法律法规建设明显滞后,并且没有形成体系化。通过对图书馆法律法规建设现状和图书馆立法困境分析,探讨新时期如何建立和完善图书馆法律体系,以保障现代图书馆事业的健康、持续发展。

| Abstract: | Compared with the library industry of other countries such as the United Kingdom,USA,Japanese and etc,the library laws and regulations construction of China lags behind obviously,and has not formed a system.Through the analysis of the library law construction present situation and the library legislation plight,this paper discussed how to establish and perfect the new period library law system,in order to guarantee the modern library health and sustainable development. |
