关于高校教学督导工作的几点理论思考

摘    要:教学督导是近年来高校出现的一件新生事物 ,它对加强教学管理、推进教学改革、提高教师素质和教学质量等方面初步显示出重要作用。本文从督导理论与实践两方面阐述了高校教学督导的性质和地位 ,分析了教学督导的职能和发挥的具体作用 ,提出了在督导实践中 ,要正确处理和协调好四个关系 ,以便完善教学督导机制 ,使它在高校教学改革和发展中发挥更大的作用。

Abstract:Teaching supervision and direction is a new thing emerging in colleges and universities only in recent years, but it has preliminarily manifested its important role in strengthening teaching administration,promoting teaching reforms,enhancing the quality of the teachers,and improving teaching quality. This paper expounds,both in theory and in practice,the character and position of teaching supervision and direction in institutions of higher learning,analyses its function and its concrete effect,and proposes that four relations be correctly handled and harmonized in its practice,so that we may comsummafe its mechanism,thus enabling it to play a more important role in the teaching reforms and developments of colleges and universities.
