| 摘 要： | 农村基层党组织是党在农村全部工作和战斗力的基础,村级党组织影响力的弱化影响了党的凝聚力、战斗力的形成和农村经济的发展。本文在深入分析新形势下农村党支部影响力弱化的根源的基础上,探讨如何在新形势下提升村级党组织在农村社会的影响力。

| Abstract: | The village-level party organizations are the foundation for the Party's whole undertakings and combat capacity in the countryside.The attenuation of village-level party organizations has an impact on the formation of the Party's cohesion and fighting effectiveness and the development of rural economy.The paper makes an analysis of the roots that weaken the village-level party branches and,on the basis of that,probes into the effective ways to enhance the village-level party organizations' influence in the rural society. |
