| Abstract: | How to improve the post competency of higher vocational English students, and to eliminate the disconnection between school output and enterprise input has always been a key problem in the process of higher vocational business English major development which must be solved. First, this paper points out the root cause of unsatisfactory employment situation of higher vocational business English graduates. Then, it outlines the post competency and the competency needed by higher vocational business English students. Finally, the paper discusses, post competency oriented, how to perfect vocational business English students＇ career education system, to achieve the seamless joint between education and career. |
