| 摘 要： | 胡林翼是湘军的重要统领,特别是得任湖北巡抚数年,在湘系势力的崛起过程中起过无可替代的作用。从个性特征看,他属于“果断顽强型”的人物,在对相关事情的运思和处置上,具有“自觉性、果断性、自制力和顽强性”表现,其“气质”上则应该属于多血汁或胆汁质或这两者的混合型。从主导方面看,这些对他在特定环境下处置军务政事和调适人际关系是有利的。借鉴心理学和“首脑政治学”方面的有关理论,探析胡林翼的个性特征与他军政作为的关联,是本文的一个尝试。

| Abstract: | Hu Liyi is a major official figure in the Xiang army,in particular,a policeman in Hubei for several years.Judging his personality,he should be a decisive and strong-willed man.However,he exerts a strong sense of conscience,determination,continence,and pertinacity in dealing with the daily affairs.This paper,therefore,is a psychological account of Hu Linyi's political and military profile. |
