| 摘 要： | 普通高中教育规模扩张以后,社会要求其应尽快由精英培养转向素养提升.在这个转变过程中,需要重新界定普通高中教育的教育功能,推动普通高中教育从资源推进向内涵发展转换,协调学校内部行政管理与专业管理的关系,实现制度规范与人文管理的融合,这也是普通高中教育管理走出困境的有利选择.
