| 摘 要： | 大学生学习和生活中不可避免地遇到各种挫折。挫折对大学生的心理、行为产生直接的影响 ,引起消极的身心反应 ,还可能导致心理行为障碍和疾病。本文主要研究大学生的挫折心理 ,把握其受挫后的心理反应和行为特征 ,探究正确对待挫折的策略

| Abstract: | In college life,setbacks are unavoidable problems.This has an effect on college students' psychology and behavior and will cause negative emontional reaction and create obstacles and mental problems.In this paper,we will focus our research on the psychological setbacks of college students to grasp firmly their psychological actions and reaction after these setbacks. |
