推进中国城市化进程的对策初探

从理论上阐述了城市化是我国社会发展的必经过程，对我国未来城市化过程中所面临的主要制约因素进行了分析，在此基础上提出了推进我国城市化进程的基本对策。

Measures to promote the China's Urbanization

Urbanization is the inevitable outcome of industrialization, which was confirmed by the developmentprocess of the developed countries. After 1949, the process of urbanization in mainland China fluctuated and became slower. In 1997 the urbanization level was at 29. 92 % that was lower than the avereqe level of the developing countries. In this papar the author analyses the main factors restricting the process of urbanization in China,such as population, lack capital fund and some old rules. Some measures to promte the urbanization process havebeen put forward.
