| 摘 要： | 新中国农村社会保障制度的变迁,以农村土地制度的变迁及农业生产经营方式的转变为核心,走过了一条具有鲜明特点的制度变迁路径,并显示出典型的路径依赖性。这种路径依赖性,提供了强化现存农村社会保障制度的惯性,决定了当前我国农村社会保障制度创新具有双轨制特点:既要遵循发展的自身规律,又将进一步朝着市场化的方向发展。

| Abstract: | With the change of the rural land system and agricultures management way,the innovation of the new Chinese village social guarantee system walked through a distinguished path.The changing track showed us typical path dependence.This path dependence provided the enhancement of the inertial of the village social guarantee system,came to a decision that our current innovation of village society guarantee system had the double-track system characteristics: on the one hand,we must follow its regulation of the development,on the other hand,the innovation will further turn to market. |
