论网络时代环境下的学报编辑工作

随着以高速度、高容量、高效率为显特征的网络技术的出现，学报编辑工作既面临着机遇又并存着挑战。传统的编辑手段，落后的编辑方式，单一的编辑方法，狭窄的编辑空间都因网络时代的到来而发生改变。但同时随着网络黑色信息的泛滥，网上黑客的侵扰以及网上作权纠纷的纷纷出现而使期刊的编辑和出版受到严重挑战。为此利用现代网络技术，树立全新的办刊理念，构建新型的现代编辑制度，培养一批既性编辑艺术又懂信息网络技术的新型学报编辑队伍，是当下高校学报界亟需解决的重要课题。
