摘    要:在分析当前个别高校行政管理专业课堂教学有效知识量、实用时间、课堂学习投入度等方面的基础上,认为我国高校行政管理专业课堂教学的有效性存在诸多问题,因此需要不断更新传统教学观念、转变教学方式、创新教学手段,进而提高适应行政管理专业的课堂教学的有效性,提升大学课堂的教学质量。
