| 摘 要： | 反倾销本是保护国际公平竞争、使进口国产业免受外来不合理侵犯的合法措施,但经过近30年的发展,其越来越多地成为隐蔽的贸易保护工具,而中国就是最大的受害者.因此,反倾销立法成为一项紧迫的任务.本文从对我国受反倾销损害的现状入手,通过分析我国反倾销立法的发展情况,提出完善我国反倾销立法的建议.

| Abstract: | Antidumping originally aims to protect international fair competition,keep domestic industry from being invaded by other country,but with the 30 years'development antidumping becomes the hiding tool of the trade protection,and China is the biggest victim.Therefore,we should pay attention to antidumping,the legislation of antidumping.This article analyzes the legislation development situation of our country's antidumping and proposes suggestions to perfect it. |
