周边绩效模型研究——基于高科技企业中层管理人员的实证研究

摘    要:以我国高科技企业的中层管理人员为对象,在国内外相关研究的基础上探讨周边绩效模型,结果表明周边绩效可以区分为5个维度。周边绩效是高科技企业中层管理人员绩效的一个重要组成部分,研究对于提高企业管理者对周边绩效的认识、明确周边绩效的考评内容、方法和应用都具有重要的意义。

Abstract:Taking the contextual performance of mid-level managers in high-tech enterprises as object,this paper researches the contextual performance on the basis of relevant studies home and abroad.The result shows that the contextual performance of mid-level managers in high-tech enterprises can be divided into five dimensions.Contextual performance is an important component of mid-level managers' performance.The research is of importance for improving the awareness of contextual performance by mid-level managers,and clearly defining the content,methods and applications of the contextual performance.
