| 摘 要： | 情商理论认为，情商(EQ)因素包括情绪表达方式、个性品质、自我意识特点、成就动机以及合作性等非智力因素，对人们的成长和成才比智力因素(IQ)更重要。这种观点对于提高思想道德教育者的素质，改进思想道德教育的方法，改善思想道德教育的现状，提高思想道德教育的实效性，都具有重要的借鉴价值。

| Abstract: | Emotional Quotient Theory thinks that EQ elements include nonintelligence factors such as emotional expression manner, personality, self-consciousness, achievement motivation and corporation, etc. It is more important to people's growth and success than IQ. This view has important value to improve the quality of moral educationor, and effec of moral education. |
