主体性教学模式的基本特征及在职中语文教学中的运用策略

摘    要:主体性教学模式的特征表现为主动参与、合作学习、全面开放、发展个性诸方面,其在语文课堂教学中的运用关系到“教”和“学”两个方面。就“教”而言,要树立以学生为主体的教学观念,要构建民主平等的师生关系;优化课堂教学设汁;运用科学的操作方法。就“学”而言,要让学生形成可持续发展的三大能力。主体性教学作为一种理念,其操作模式应是多种多样的,执教者应该吸收其他模式的合理因素,共同创造富有班级特色、学科特色的教学模式。

Abstract:The student-subjected teaching mode is characterized by: active participation, co-oper-ative study, overall opening and individuality development etc. The application of student-subjected teaching mode in the Chinese teaching refers to "teaching" and "learning". As far as "teaching" is concerned, we should be provided with the student-subjected thought, conceive a kind of equal and democratic relationship between students and teachers, optimize classroom teaching designs and adopt scientifically manipulative methods. As regards "learning", we should foster students' three abilities of sustaining development. The student-subjected teaching mode is no more than an ideology and its manip-ulative modes can be diversified. Therefore, a teacher should absorb some reasonable factors from the other modes and jointly create a new teaching mode with a class-and subject characteristics.
