| 摘 要： | 村民自治要保持一定的"度",是受民主依据、民主意识、民主手段、民主成本制约的.保持村民自治的"度",必须正确处理好支委与村委、政务与村务、法律与章程、权利与义务的关系.保持村民自治的"度"必须加强学习,弄清村民自治的本质要求;完善机制,确保村民自治规范进行;强化领导,保持村民自治健康发展.
