西部地区林业人力资源整体开发课题研究简介

在调查研究的基础上,从林业人力资源现状、管理与使用、教育与培训等三个方面对我国西部地区林业人力资源开发现状进行了分析。同时,结合未来经济社会发展和林业建设的需要,对西部地区林业人力资源的需求进行了预测。进而提出要从加强领导、加快林业发展、稳定队伍、加强林业教育培训等十个方面进一步加强林业人力资源开发工作,促进西部地区林业的快速发展。

Study on the Development of Forestry Manpower Resources as A Whole in the West

Based on the investigation, the status quo of forestry manpower resources development has been ana-lyzed from the three aspects of the actuality of forestry manpower resources, management and employ, education andtraining in the west of China. Meanwhile, integrated with the requirements of economic society and forestry construc-tion in future, the demand of forestry manpower resources in the west has been predicted. In order to promote speedi-ness development of forestry in the west, the development work of forestry manpower resources should be strength-ened from ten aspects, such as enhancing guidance, speeding up forestry development, caring of staff, strengtheningforestry education and training etc..
