| 摘 要： | 高职院校图书馆除了加强内部资源配置外，更要注重图书馆外部资源的发掘与利用。挖掘与整合图书馆的内外资源，是建设高职院校图书馆的重要措施之一。文章分析了高职院校图书馆资源配置中存在的主要问题,并就整合图书馆的内外资源提出了一些对策与建议。
