The Causes of the Influences upon the Development of the Market of Enterprise Bond and its Measurements

To Perfect and improve the market of capital is the symbol of socialism market economy .At present, the market of the enterprise bond is developing slowly. Which is not favorable for the reform of enterprise and its progress. This paper analyze the three reasons which influence the development of the market of enterprise bond. On the basis of this, four measurements to solve these questions are put forward.
