| Abstract: | Based on the developing trend of the postal-savings, the essay analysises the drawbacks of the poticy of transferring the postal-savings to savings account of higher interast. The writer thinks that the poticy is unfit for the marketing course of the present finance domain, and violates the WTO rule, so the selecting of policy should be regulated. |
